My name’s Maddi. Thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to learn a bit more about me—I really do hope I get to hear your story one day, too. Until then, I’ll tell you a little bit about myself and how I ended up here.
I got into fitness and nutrition during the height of the pandemic in 2020, and I began my journey by committing to just five minutes of bodyweight exercises a few times per week. Above all else, this was really in an effort to prove to myself that I could accomplish something without quitting at the first signs of struggle, as I had notoriously done in the past. I had no idea it would change the entire trajectory of my life.
Fitness and nutrition have become an integral part of who I am, and I’m ready to make this journey into something bigger than myself. I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, and I want to build a community that advocates for realistic, sustainable, and effective healthy habits, while challenging the toxic and misguided parts of wellness culture. I believe in hard work and dedication, but not without self-love, compassion, and balance.
